Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Organic Whyte Dairy, we strive to provide high-quality dairy products to our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following refund options:

Cancellation Policy

*Orders can be cancelled within  24 hours of placement.
*To cancel an order, contact our customer service team via phone or email.
*Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy

*Refunds will be issued in the original payment method.
*Refunds will be processed within [time frame, 5-7 business days of cancellation or return.
*Refunds will include the full amount paid, minus any shipping costs (unless the error was ours).

Return Policy

* For fresh cow milk, returns are accepted within  1 hours of delivery.
* For Other dairy products like Ghee and paneer returns are accepted within 2 working days of Delivery.

*To initiate a return, contact our customer service team via phone or email.
*Products must be in their original condition, with all packaging intact.

Refund Amounts

*All refunds will be credited to your WD’s wallet only.
*Complainants will raised through our customer care service portal
*Full Refund: 100% of the purchase price
*Partial Refund: If any damaged products in the product
*The Refund will be processed within 5-7 working days

Exceptions

*No refunds will be issued for:
+ Products that have been opened or tampered with
+ Products that have passed their expiration date
+ Shipping costs (unless the error was ours)

Changes to Cancellation and Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify or change this policy at any time without notice.
